Go onto any decent detailing retailer, personally i use these guys http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/.
Get these two bits: http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/bilber...hp?cPath=25_30 and this http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/elite-...d.php?cPath=65 and chose the foaming head.
The reason for the foaming head is that the product clings to the surface for longer compared to a straight fine mist spray. Try it diluted at a 1:1 ratio first, but if thats no good then try it neat. You dont need to worry about it eating any laquer because its has a more alkaline Ph balance rather than wonderwheels or many other off the shelf item that are acidic (wonderwheels has got some nasty nasty stuff in it). I will admit tho, for extremely heavy soiling, sometimes there is no alternative but to use a acid based cleaner, but id rather give a wheel a couple of goes with bilberry before resorting to acid based cleaners
Post some pics up of the wheels
For the MX, personally i wouldnt use G3. As far as im aware, its very similar to T-Cut, in that the way it creates its "cut" is very very fine pieces of glass. The amount doesnt degrade the more your polish so you actually end up putting swirl marks into the paint.
Personally i would go for something like Megs Paint restore or Scratch-X. These use synthetic cutting agents that get finer and finer the more you work the polish. Both of these products are both well suiting to hand application.
